About the Service

This booking service ("the Service") is provided by BookingElf on behalf of Neon Tiger ("the Venue"). The Service allows you to make table reservations at the Venue through an online booking form.

BookingElf is a technology platform that facilitates bookings. BookingElf is not the Venue and does not operate, manage, or control the Venue's premises, food, beverages, or hospitality services. Your dining experience is provided entirely by the Venue.

Booking Terms

By making a reservation through the Service, you agree to the following:

  • You will provide accurate contact details (name, email, phone number) when making a booking
  • You will arrive at the Venue at your reserved time or cancel in advance if you are unable to attend
  • The Venue reserves the right to release your table if you do not arrive within the grace period displayed at the time of booking
  • Table assignments are managed automatically and may differ from any preference you indicate
  • Reservations are subject to availability and the Venue's operating hours

Cancellations and No-Shows

You may cancel or modify your booking using the link provided in your confirmation email, subject to the Venue's cancellation cutoff time. After the cutoff, you must contact the Venue directly.

Repeated no-shows (failing to arrive without cancelling) may result in your future bookings being restricted at the Venue's discretion.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Make bookings you do not intend to honour
  • Make multiple bookings for the same date and time at the same Venue
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service
  • Attempt to access areas of the Service not intended for public use
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

Communications

By making a booking, you consent to receiving transactional emails related to your reservation, including booking confirmations, reminders, and cancellation notices. These emails are necessary for the performance of the Service and are not marketing communications.

If you opt in to marketing communications, you may unsubscribe at any time by contacting the Venue.

Privacy

Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, and graphics, is owned by BookingElf and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BookingElf and the Venue make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding:

  • The availability or uninterrupted operation of the Service
  • The accuracy of availability information or time slot data
  • The quality, safety, or suitability of the Venue's premises, food, or services

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookingElf and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

  • Lost or incorrect bookings
  • Service downtime or unavailability
  • Any actions, omissions, or conduct of the Venue
  • Any loss arising from reliance on information provided through the Service

BookingElf's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed SGD 100.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BookingElf and its owner from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

Changes to the Service

BookingElf reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. BookingElf shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

BookingElf may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. BookingElf's failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BookingElf regarding your use of the Service.
